Feminist. Intelligent. Gorgeous.
Simone de Beauvoir
That’s what she said! She is a feminist writer who lived between 1908-1986. She extremely disturbed someone, she made a conquest of somebody, but sure she left a scar in the last century. She had a significant influence on both feminist existentialism and feminist theory. Her well known book which is called The Second Sex was a detailed analysis of women’s oppression and a foundational tract of contemporary feminism. She had a famous lover (Jean Paul Sartre) but she never stayed in his shadow. She wrote novels, essays, biographies, autobiography and monographs on philosophy, politics and social issues. THE WORLD GOES POP
I feel so lucky to get an opportunity to visit this exhibition before it ended. I have never been impressed by an exhibition this much. It was opponent and aesthetic. It reminds Banksy a little bit. Personally I really like art with a contradictory words and an attitude. I believe this type of art should speak its own language. Here you are some “popular” pieces from the exhibition. Tate Modern: 17 September 2015 – 24 January 2016
It covers up as much as a foundation, it looks natural as much as BB cream. It is my “I can’t live without it” makeup product. It gives me a new baby skin when I apply. It looks so natural that I can easily lie “I am not wearing any makeup today.” It is the best to complete gorgeous looks of gorgeous women!
